Trump Steps In to Save LiAngelo Ball by Complex News

LiAngelo Ball and two of his UCLA teammates were facing serious prison time after getting arrested for allegedly shoplifting from a luxury store in China. But several powerful people, including President Donald Trump, stepped in and helped convince China not to prosecute the players. The players were allowed to board a flight back to the U.S. on Tuesday, and it doesn’t appear as though they will face any jail time after all.
